Jana Kramer gained fame as an actress, country-pop musician and songwriter after she appeared on the television show One Tree Hill. She was Alex over its last three seasons. The actress signed a contract to Elektra Records during this time and debuted the country-rock track "I Will Not Go Down" during an episode. The song later debuted in her full-length debut Jana Kramer in mid-2012. It landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Focusing on her music career following that, and not resigning from acting she appeared in films like Heart of the Country 2013 and Country Crush 2016 that would be popular with her fan base. The album that Kramer released Thirty One, was released through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. I Got the Boy - a Top Five country single - as well as Steven Tyler, Aerosmith's lead singer, singing a duet on to make the album a bigger popularity. In September 2016, her two-month stint on the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars ended with a 4th place finish. Also, she scored an adult contemporary hit with the song Feels like Christmas, featuring Straight No Chaser.
